At Jannie B’s Home Decor & Gifts, we take pride in offering carefully selected home decor and gift items. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure fairness to all customers, we maintain the following refund and returns policy.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or dissatisfaction with style, color, or size.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for review, you must provide clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and your order confirmation.
Approved claims will be handled at our discretion and may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Sale or clearance items
Seasonal or holiday decor
Gift items
Custom, special order, or personalized items
Items that have been used, installed, or altered
Items not in original condition or packaging
Return Authorization Required
Any return or exchange request must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
If a return is approved, items must be shipped back in unused condition and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are refused or returned to sender due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery may be subject to a restocking fee and original shipping costs may be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
Store Credit
In some cases, store credit may be issued in place of a refund. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
